Rose Buddha accepts returns up to 30 days after delivery. The product must not have been washed, nor worn and be in good condition, with the labels.

If an item is to be returned because it is not suitable for the client, the shipping costs for the return to RB are at the expense of the client. 

You cannot go at the Rose Buddha's Boutique, on Ontario Est Street in Montreal. You have to mail it.
 

You want it repaired?

In case an item is damaged after being worn, RB provides a free repair service, available up to three months after the purchase date. The shipping to RB must be paid by the client and will be credited thereafter if RB is responsible of the damage. The shipping bill must be inserted into the envelope. The return shipping cost will be at the expense of RB.

+Our repair service is free as long as the client has adhered to our Rose Buddha product use and maintenance guidelines. Please refer to our product maintenance labels.

+Due to our concern for the environment, in case an item is damaged beyond the first three months of purchase, we offer a $12 repair service. In this case, customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item to us, and RB will return the repaired item free of charge. 

For repairs it's easy, put your item in an envelope with the completed return card containing the following information in addition to the transport bill. We advise you to take a picture as a reference.

  • Order number

  • Name

  • Email

  • Reason for return
