MOVING SALE

No returns will be accepted for purchases made during the moving sale (no refunds or exchanges, no gift cards).

Rose Buddha accepts returns up to 15 days after delivery. You will receive a prepaid return label when we accept your request.

Exchanges are free for size changes only.

You can also choose a free return gift card.

*For sale items, exchanges and gift cards are possible, but not refunds.

**Personalized items, such as the Zodiac sweater, are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. These are final sales since they were custom made.

For a refund :

The refund will be made upon receipt of the garment at our warehouse. An amount of $9.99 + taxes for the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

The product you send back must not have been washed, nor worn and be in good condition, with the labels.

Shipping costs are not refundable under any circumstances.

How to do your return:

1. Download and print the attached returns label.

2. Pack all the returned items, along with a print off of your confirmation of purchase email, and attach the label on a box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box if you prefer.

3. Take it to an authorized Canada Post drop-off location and ship. YOU HAVE 10 DAYS AFTER RECEIVING YOUR LABEL TO DROP YOUR PACKAGE AT THE POSTAL POST. After this period, your return will be refused and returned to you.

4. Once the items are received, please allow 2 to 4 business days for your refund. An amount of $9.99 + taxes, for return shipping costs, will be deducted from your refund. Same model size exchanges and gift cards are free.

You want it repaired?

In case an item is damaged after being worn, RB provides a free repair service, available up to three months after the purchase date. The shipping to RB must be paid by the client and will be credited thereafter if RB is responsible of the damage. The shipping bill must be inserted into the envelope. The return shipping cost will be at the expense of RB.

+Our repair service is free as long as the client has adhered to our Rose Buddha product use and maintenance guidelines. Please refer to our product maintenance labels.

+Due to our concern for the environment, in case an item is damaged beyond the first three months of purchase, we offer a $25 repair service. In this case, customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item to us, and RB will return the repaired item free of charge. You will receive an invoice by email for the repair. No cash payment will be accepted.
