Meet Madeleine
A mother of four, MADELEINE ARCAND has been practicing yoga and meditation for over 20 years. She completed the course, Buddhism Through Its Scriptures at Harvard and has studied with masters like Jon Kabat-Zinn, Pema Chodron, and Nicole Bordeleau. A highlight in her journey includes completing a meditation instructor certification with Deepak Chopra. In 2016, she co-founded the brand, Rose Buddha. She has also created the bilingual Rose Buddha Meditation App and the online course, À 10 minutes du bonheur [10 Minutes to Happiness]. A collaboration with Maxime Morin, her first book, À go, on ralentit [On your marks, relax] was published in 2019 with Éditions de L’Homme.
